How to Play
Decuma uses a unique set of question cards that give the whole experience a feeling of mystical interconnectedness—as if Destiny herself is guiding the campaign! Decuma saves the GM a ton of prep time and can be easily customized to focus on (or exclude) specific aspects of campaign creation. You can use it to add depth to a pre-written adventure or to create a home-brewed world from scratch! Best of all: this big world-building tool fits into a little card box! There are no books to lug around!
This item will be shipped in 3-5 days following your order. I am a one-woman business, hand packing these orders personally, so please be patient. Feel free to reach out if you have any concerns or questions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any purchase may be canceled and the full payment and shipping costs refunded if the item has not been packaged for shipment. Once the shipping label is purchased by our company, the shipping cost is non-refundable. Shipped orders may not be canceled.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges are available under specified conditions if we are contacted within 14 days of delivery to the address specified during the time of purchase. Please read the information below to find out if you qualify for a refund or exchange and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate this process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds are only available for items that are missing, damaged, faulty, or that don’t match the product description. It is at the company’s discretion to decide whether to provide a refund or send a replacement/exchange in these cases.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds are not available for items that were not delivered to the customer due to customer error during the purchasing process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or give refunds on sale items, gift cards or digital products (including PDFs) unless they are faulty, if the delivery method failed, or if the incorrect item was sent.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process & Timelines
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
