Refund policy

The Golden Lasso Games shop carries items from a variety of vendors. Please make sure to read the portion of our Return & Refund policy that applies to the vendors of the items you intend to purchase. 

All policies for this site shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@goldenlassogames.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancelations
Any purchase may be canceled and the full payment and shipping costs refunded if the item has not been packaged for shipment. Once the shipping label is purchased by our company, the shipping cost is non-refundable. Shipped orders may not be canceled.


Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges are available under specified conditions if we are contacted within 14 days of delivery to the address specified during the time of purchase. Please read the information below to find out if you qualify for a refund or exchange and contact us at info@goldenlassogames.com to initiate this process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are available for:

  • Items that are missing due to a mistake by Golden Lasso Games, damaged, faulty, or that don’t match the product description. It is at the company’s discretion to decide whether to provide a refund or send a replacement/exchange in these cases.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

  •  Refunds are not available for items that were not delivered to the customer due to customer error during the purchasing process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or give refunds on sale items, gift cards or digital products (including PDFs) unless they are faulty, if the delivery method failed, or if the incorrect item was sent. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and unopened in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refund Process & Timelines 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@goldenlassogames.com.

 

Items with Printful listed as the vendor

Printful creates one of a kind, print-on-demand items that are ordered through goldenlassogames.com. Each item is custom made when the order is placed through our site, based on customer specifications. All Printful items are subject to their return and refund policies which can be found at printful.com/policies/returns

  • Refunds and returns are not available on Printful items unless they are misprinted, damaged or defective. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to info@goldenlassogames.com within 30 days after the product has been received. Photographic proof of the defective items will be required for the return/refund process.

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to info@goldenlassogames.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Refunds are not available for items that were not delivered to the customer due to customer error during the purchasing process.

  • Customers residing in Brazil must contact Printful Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
